Putter is a character from Studio K and The Studio K Show, on the rebranded CBC Kids block since 2017. He is actually not a question machine but he can fire it up, He is voiced by Frank Meschkuleit, who also voices Mosey Monster and Stuffy from Silly Paws, Gary's Magic Fort, and Hey Joojo.
