The Egg Jellyfish is a type of Super Badnik created by Dr. Eggman. It appears as a sub-boss in the game Sonic Superstars.
Description[]
The Egg Jellyfish is a large robot based on a jellyfish. It has a sky-blue body with a pair of black eyes sporting cyan irises. Five white tentacles ending in yellow electrodes dangle from its underside.

The Egg Jellyfish appears as the sub-boss of Lagoon City Zone. The boss fight takes place in an arena partially filled with water, though not enough to submerge the player. During the battle, the Egg Jellyfish will hover out of the player's reach, swiping at them with the electrified tips of its tentacles as well as deploying Amenbo Badniks that will skate across the water's surface. It will periodically thrust its central tentacle into the floor, delivering a charge that will electrify the water, damaging the player and destroying any Badniks. When it does this, the Egg Jellyfish's tentacle gets stuck in the floor and it will lower towards the pool while trying to free itself, granting the player the opportunity to jump up and hit it. It takes three hits to defeat this boss, six if playing Trip the Sungazer's story. Upon its destruction, the Egg Jellyfish releases a giant Rocky.

- The name "Egg Jellyfish" is conjectural. This robot currently has no official name; its RoboWiki name is derived from the audio files of Sonic Superstars referring to it as "jellyfish" as well as Dr. Eggman's common practice of naming many of his machines with an 'Egg' prefix.
