The ED-209 is a military peacekeeping robot that appears in the 2014 remake of RoboCop. This robot is closely based on the ED-209 from the original film, having a similar shape and functionalities. The most distinct difference between the original and remake versions is that this version is not as prone to malfunctions which could result in friendly casualties.
