The Death Queen is a type of Super Badnik created by Dr. Eggman. It appears in Sonic Forces during the Phantom Zavok boss fight.
Description[]
The Death Queen is a huge bee-based robot that bears a striking resemblance to the Buzz Bomber. It has a black head with four red eyes, a small mouth, a pair of orange spikes on its forehead for horns, and a white collar around its neck. It also has an orange thorax with six orange and black legs with red claws, an orange and black-striped abdomen with four engines attached to it, and a massive black stinger. On its back it has two pairs of yellow insect wings.
History[]
During the War to Take Back the Planet, Sonic the Hedgehog was imprisoned aboard the Death Egg. Six months following his imprisonment, he was freed after a rookie Resistance member managed to infiltrate the satellite and deactivate the security systems. Once out of his cell, Sonic confronted a copy of Zavok that had been generated by the Phantom Ruby. The Phantom Zavok fought against Sonic whilst riding atop the Death Queen, a large, wasp-like Badnik. The Death Queen would attack by sweeping the battle arena with lasers and by striking the floor with its tail stinger. While its stinger was stuck in the floor, Sonic would take the opportunity to strike the Zavok clone on its back. Upon being defeated, the Phantom Zavok disappeared and the Death Queen was left inactive while Sonic made his escape.

- Flight
- Stinger Attack - One of the Death Queen's main methods of attack was to strike down on the deck with its full weight, embedding its stinger in the floor when it attempted to strike Sonic.
- Lasers - The Death Queen could project laser beams from its six legs, raking the arena floor with the beams.
- Reinforcements - The Death Queen could summon Buzz Bombers to assist it in battle. However, these Buzz Bombers wouldn't attack by firing their tail guns and would attempt to divebomb Sonic instead.
